To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and inserts. Items must be free from wear, damage, odors, or signs of use.

Return Request Window

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right quickly.

Item Condition Expectations

  • Items must be unused and uninstalled.
  • Original packaging is required for approval.
  • All tags, labels, and inserts must be intact.
  • Returns are inspected upon receipt to confirm eligibility.

Non‑Returnable Items

Certain items are non‑returnable for hygiene and safety reasons or when marked as final sale. Examples include clearance items, personalized/custom products, and opened or used consumables. If a product is non‑returnable, it will be noted on the product page.

Refund Processing
